The best home repair guide I've ever read March 2, 2001 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
As a single mother and home owner, this book finally made the very intimidating world of home repair completely understandable. I've already completed a couple of projects that I'd been avoiding and found the chapters extremely entertaining!
Rent-A-Husband Guide a Story and a Reference Rolled Into 1 March 2, 2001 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
I just read the Rent-A-Husband Guide and thought it was great. It was fun, funny, and filled with very useful hints, insights, and instruction. The stories in and of themselves made the book worth having. I feel much better equiped now to tackle the nagging chores around the house like things that squeek, wiggle, or are falling off. I also got some good ideas on ways to organize my house, make it safer and my work more productive.
Truly Amazing Book March 2, 2001 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
Unlike any other home repair book I've ever bought! Extremely funny and SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND! Bravo.
A landmark book! March 2, 2001 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
For the first time in many years of trying, I FINALLY understand the inner workings of home repair. On top of that, the book is so darn entertaining, I have a hard time putting it down!
Official Rent-A-Husband Guide To A Safe Problem Free Home February 23, 2001 At last, a "husband" who understands how to communicate with a lady! Not only does Kaile Warren write in an easy to understand manner that makes home repair tasks seem less daunting, his sense of humor comes through in every chapter! From clever chapter titles to the witty stories of Rent-A-Husbands on the job this book is a pleasure to read. Kaile's Insider Tips are an extra bonus as he dispenses advice that will help readers save time, space and best of all, lots of money! If you never attempt a repair of your own, I still recommend reading this book as you can gain valuable knowledge about how a project should be done. Not a bad way to check up on your own handyman!
